Dispatch and Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment. Orders placed after 12pm may be dispatched the following business day. We do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays

We can't guarantee that we will be able to dispatch orders on the same-day if they are made after mid-day, so, if you need a next day delivery, please make it before mid-day. Thank you.

Postage options, with prices and usual delivery times are shown to you at checkout once you have entered your address.

If you need your item super-quick and/or guaranteed to arrive by a particular date and we don't currently offer a quick enough service on the website, we can organise an overseas courier service. You would need to contact us by mail or phone to receive a quote for this.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also track your order at any time by logging into your account.

Postage and Packing Charges

Postage charges are determined by what you buy and where you live and are clearly shown to you when you go to checkout before you make your purchase.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
