Our Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations policy.

Accuracy whilst placing your order is essential for the speedy dispatch of your chosen hairpiece. If a mistake is made please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call us on 01273 274221 quoting your order number, an explanation of the error in detail, and please also include the correct information.

Our Returns Policy

The hygienic nature of all hair products available at Annabelle's Wigs dictates our Returns Policy: if the products are to be exchanged or refunded they will only be exchanged or refunded for unopened original packaged products. We cannot accept any wigs /hair pieces / ponytails / extensions / buns / fringes that have been opened, tried on and / or exposed to handling and worn and is visibly damaged due to handling.

Annabelle's Wigs is happy to offer exchanges and refunds on all our hair products for unopened goods in original packaging.

Requests for product exchange must be made within 10 working days.

Reduced shipment charges will be incurred by our customers for any product exchange requested by the customer in the UK and Worldwide.

If hair pieces/extensions appear faulty due to quality issues, the fault must be reported to us within 1 month of the purchase date. We are unable to accept any return that has been coloured, trimmed, chemically damaged or changed in any other fashion. We must receive the hair within 7days of the complaint to be examined and inspected. Goods are not considered faulty if their condition deteriorates due to poor hair management or poor application of extensions. If no fault is present, or the hair has been damaged or coloured in any way by the customer, the goods will be returned to the customer and we will not refund or replace the goods.

Annabelle's Wigs will not be held responsible for any out of pocket expenses due to faulty goods, e.g. removal or re-application costs. We recommend that a experienced professional applies any professional hair extensions and customers have a consultation before any permanent extensions are applied.


Exchanges are accepted for unopened, original packaging with the security seal intact on all our hair products.

We aim to exchange your product/s if it/they are unsuitable with in 48hours of it coming into our warehouse, shipping it out again via Royal Mail, which can take 3-5 days for delivery. Please include a cheque or postal order for £2.50 for postage and bear in mind any additional cost of your replacement order should be reflected in this amount. We also require details of your name and order number if you have it.

Please allow extra time over bank holidays for exchanges (i.e. Christmas,Bank Holidays,New Year,)

You can reach us Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. The office is closed on bank holidays and orders received via the web site on such days will be processed on the next working day.

All goods will be inspected on return and sent out for reduced costs of £2.50 in the UK. Any customers returned products out of the UK will incur normal shipping charges.

The goods will remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure it´s packed up properly and can´t get damaged on the way.

We recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning a product.

Please allow 7 working days before contacting us if you are chasing a exchange

If you require a colour match for your exchange, please provide us with a hair sample so we can colour match you perfectly. If not match is available we will refund you assuming your exchange complies with our policy.


Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and in its original packaging.

All goods will be inspected upon return.

Please note the following charges:

If the item is received in a tangled condition £2.00 will be charged.

If the item is returned without its paper head, tag, netting or if the bag has been torn £1.00 will be charged for each item.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it´s packed up properly and can´t get damaged on the way.

We recommend you obtain proof of postage.

Should you be chasing a retuned item make sure you allow 7-10 days of the date the product was received in our warehouse before you contact us. Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers (i.e. from a collection service or courier)

Care and Maintenance

Any colouring of extensions is done entirely at your own risk and we will not refund or exchange any extensions that have been coloured, dyed or tinted.

Relevant care information can be found on the web site, please click or cut and paste the following link into your browser: http://www.annabelleswigs.co.uk/index.php?main_page=page&id=5 we DO NOT recommend the use of styling tools on anything other than our Lino range. Any hair that has been heat damaged by the customer cannot be accepted as a return. The Lino range can withstand styling tools up to a limit of 120 degrees.

Non-Lino range synthetic products can not be heated or coloured.

By purchasing goods you have accepted these terms and conditions from Annabelle's Wigs, you agree to abide by our Terms & conditions of Sale. Right of Cancellation, we reserve the right to cancel any orders before they are dispatched.

United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to return your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order please email us at [email protected] with details of your cancellation. If you have already received the products they must be returned in an un-opened condition, the security tag still intact. You must carefully repackage the item(s) in the delivery packaging and return them to us at the returns address shown below. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked the items are in an un-opened and re-saleable condition. We will not refund any postage costs incurred.
