We can offer a very a efficient service, with orders being dispatched within 24 hours of payment.
UK Deliveries
If you are a UK resident, unless you organise otherwise, we will send your item by first class post which usually takes 1-2 working days to arrive after postage, but it's not a guaranteed service. If, however, you need a guaranteed service such as Special delivery, please contact us to arrange it.
Overseas Deliveries
We send overseas delivery by Standard Airmail. For overseas customers, the delivery times quoted by Royal Mail are:
- Delivery to Western Europe within three working days after the day of postage.
- Delivery to Eastern Europe within four working days after the day of postage.
- Worldwide delivery within five working days after the day of postage.
Standard Airmail is pretty
reliable, but the actual postage time may be a little quicker than this or
longer. Occasionally it can be a few days longer. Also, Standard Airmail is not
tracked. If you want your item tracked and to arrive a day quicker, we can send
by Airsure which costs an extra £5 - you would need to organise that service by
contacting us by mail.
If you need your item super-quick and/or guaranteed to arrive by a particular
date, we can organise an overseas courier service. You would need to contact us
by mail to receive a quote for this.

| We send all of our UK deliveries we charge £2.50, plus an extra £1.00 for each additional item. We also obtain proof of postage for your peace of mind. If you would like your package sent to you by another method or postage, please contact us by email and we will arrange it for you. | |
Postage Outside the UK |

Each additional item that you buy, will cost you just £1.00 extra to post, no matter where you are in the world.

Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please read the following conditions carefully.
Any item will be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase, providing it is unused, it is returned in its original, undamaged packaging (for wigs, this means that labels are still intact) and has not been not brushed, cut or had any contact with hair spray, perfume or cigarettes.
Any item that is faulty in any way will be exchanged or refunded if returned within 7 days of receipt.
For your own protection we recommend that any returned items are sent Recorded Delivery. If your return is lost in the postal system we cannot refund or exchange until the package has been traced. We will not reimburse postage costs.
