A funny/weird thing happened with today’s #hairpiece challenge blogger, the lovely MissLJ – upon listening to her YouTube video being played across the office I thought it was me at first! I kid you not dear folks, we sound so similar I was completely confused for a few vertiginous seconds. I left Scotland’s friendly shores a LONG time ago, but have kept hold of the lilting accent and have now found my voice twin (hands up who remembers Joey’s hand twin from Friends?) Anyway enough of my nostalgia and over to the main event – what a beauty bloggers can go with our 3/4 hairpieces when tasked to the challenge.

Nice to see just the actual hairpiece presented in different way, and with an eye on the hairband fashion trend of the moment we like it A LOT! However let’s not get too full on the entree when there’s still 3 more courses to go.
Staying very much in the high fashion arena Miss LJ opted for two different styles utilizing braids and one gorgeous wedding hair/up-do with a splash of bling. I’m particularly pleased to see her first plait style as this is one of my favs – fresh, springlike and beautifully feminine
Moving into the hotter months her beach style plait is the perfect way to avoid the bane of many ladies summertime hairmares – the dreaded hair frizz!
Last, but certainly not least is this wonderful take on the fabulously fashionable updo, perfect for weddings, which we understand is high on Miss LJ’s agenda at the moment (congratulations hun!)>
